Experience:
Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting commercial vehicle systems, particularly driveshaft driven charging systems Solid knowledge of mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and their integration into vehicle systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Familiarity with inventory management processes and practices Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred Willingness to travel Blackburn Energy is one of the most exciting companies in the commercial vehicle electrification space, our unique kinetic recovery solutions and our exceptional battery storage solutions provide the reliable, efficient, and cost-effective foundation necessary to break the commercial vehicle electrification barrier.
